I wholeheartedly appreciate this video because I suffered from acid reflux. Doctor prescribed medicine mitigating my symptoms, but did not completely heal. With much research on the internet, I found out without explanation or reason apple cider vinegar helps cure acid reflux.
This video clarifies how apple cider vinegar works to bring your stomach’s acid level back up to normalcy.

Is it right that some carbs like bread can keep the heartburn feeling lasting longer because it takes so long to digest?

In my clinical practice as a Sports Kinesiologist I have found that nearly all of my clients have low levels of stomach acid along with low levels of the vital nutrient Zinc. All my clients go on a HCL stabilizing program and the results we find are incredible!

I made a vid about this. Drink apple cidar vinegar with every meal, it provides enzymes and acetic acid helps to predigest food say if you use it as part of a salad dressing.

David Hompes is really knows his stuff.
I bought his ebook few months ago and certainly recommend it to people with H.Pylori.
Specially note the H.Pylori celiac connection.

The key is changing your diet to one that will stop these pains. The pain is a signal that you’re eating the incorrect food. Personally, all problem stopped when I dramatically reduced the carbs.

There is also the myth that taking an antacid will solve all your stomach problems — Incorrect! — it makes them worse by reducing acid and causing the generation of more acid in order to get your food digested. In time, this will be a learned behavior and will continually get worse. To get rid of the gas, a carbonated beverage is more effective.
Also, acid-reflux was ‘invented’ as a disease to promote sales of drugs! The drug companies are guilty of doing that for most drugs they want to push.

The cure for me was to give up on bread completely and switch to celiac diet.

Same with me. I was diagnosed with an ulcer years ago, but staying away from bread or all gluten, an I feel fine. Hot sauce, coffee, aspirin, even hard liquor doesn’t bother me.

Dilute bragg’s apple cider (sold in vitamin shoppe) with water. Drinking it straight up will burn your throat. Bring your stomach’s acid level up slowly. What i do is fill up a 1 Liter water bottle and drop about 2 tablespoon or more of vinegar. Then, I drink it throughout the day.

Very well clarified and it does seem to make sense.

you mean heartburn….lol its nearly amusing how they try to make a “disease” out of every damn thing these days
22 NODDYFISCHER // Jun 2, 2009 at 11:05 pm
It could also be due to other things, not just eating the incorrect food.

I stopped eating at Subway and my heartburn went away. I used to have it for hours afterwards. The only bread I eat now is sprouted grain buns, which is really more like eating a handful of seeds.

2 tsps. organic apple cider vinegar in 1/2 glass of distilled water. The added acid from the apple cider turns the pumps off in the tummy. Keep doing it and the reflux will go away. The apple cider is a weaker form of acid and will make it stop. I know, it doesn’t make sense. Try it. And if you really want to go crazy, add 1/2 tsp of baking soda to that ACV and Water to balance the PH levels in your body.

as long as theres insane idiots running to the pharmacey yelling for drugs to cover up their poor lifestyle and eating habits, then there will be smart drug selling crooks making a killing off of their illness/stupidity…
