Want to cure your acid reflux? Stop eating bread and high sugar substances, and drink a teaspoon of cayenne pepper in water three times a day.. Trust me I’ve tried EVERYTHING and this is the only thing that proved EXTREMELY effective. Good luck!

Why are you lying ? Cayenne pepper can realyl hurt someone with Acid Reflux. Avoiding acid drinks, drinking low acid apple. Avoid oranges, lemons, cranberries and fruites with high acids. Eat everything low fat. 1% milk max!! avoid fatty foods, chocolate bars.

Have you ever had reflux and tried to drink cayenne pepper tea for it? If not, shut up cause I have and it works. The reason people get acid reflux is because theyre not getting enough hydrochloric acid.. why do you think so many people get results from apple cider vinegar? its cuz of the hydrochloric acid. cayenne’s even better for this. youre just spewing stuff you heard without proof. better yet, is to avoid processed and refined foods, especially refined flour and sugar!! and trans fat. =)

Yep. Acid Reflux can be EASILY cured actually.
Take Betaine HCL along with Digestive Enzymes before you eat for like a year, and after like a year or so, your stomach will naturally start secreting more acid, and then you don’t have to take it anymore (even though you can if you want)

I also take a probiotic before eating. Sip on some marshmellow root tea and/or aloe vera juice extract to ease the symptoms.
Also, stop eating before bedtime.
Using this regime has made a BIG improvement for me.

I used to suffer from burning in my stomach and chest after eating anything with acid in it. Try a teaspoon of baking soda mixed with really warm water (not hot) a small teacup of water works fine. Mix the baking soda really good and just drink. No more exspensive antacids needed ever again. Plus for a small box of baking soda it can’t cost you more that like $1.00. Goodluck, thought I would share

You cant be “sure”, until you try for yourself lol.

Well, the reason I commented on that was b/c it is widely knowng that “spices” can make an ulcer or GERD so much worse. However, recent studies found that spicy food not always make Acid reflux or ulcers flare up. It allegedly varies with the condition and patient.
Now, I do agree with the apple cider vinegar “matter of fact started taking this week”. I will ask my GE and will post back on the Cayenne pepper.

Getting an expert opinion is a good idea. It should be noted here, that cayenne pepper prevents the growth of Helicobacter pylori, the bacteria that cause ulcers. This may be why, I have found it VERY effective in treating acid reflux, and gerd. Other people may not, possibly because of allergic reactions (which can make acid reflux worse), but in the end you cant really know til you try. Best of luck!
